SOAR strives to ensure that the needs of seniors are met each day.
SOAR’s mission is to provide assistance to older adults in Frederick County to meet their essential needs in a confidential, respectful, and dignified manner.
They support our vulnerable seniors and help them obtain unmet essential needs such as housing assistance, home modifications, physician-ordered medications, transportation, food and in-home support, to name a few.
They assist seniors with connections to services in our community where available. They provide resources, support, and education to families and caregivers of seniors in need.
